Schedule of LMC Elections 2026/2028
Only those GPs who have been registered on the LMC portal will be included in the electoral list and be eligible to vote.
Nominations in each election year will be invited late January/early February. If the number of nominations in any constituency exceeds the number of places available, an election will be held. Voting will be conducted electronically through the new online portal. Balloting will be conducted in March 2026.

Ophthalmic Medical Practitioners (1 North, 1 South)
The committees meet monthly, with the majority of meetings held via Teams, but face-to-face meetings are scheduled each year. North Essex meets in Boreham and South Essex in Rayleigh.
