These clinical searches are now routinely used when carrying out inspections of GP practices. They were designed to focus on areas of clinical importance, reflecting the profession’s agreed shared view of quality and to contribute to a consistent regulatory approach.
You can find more information on how these searches have been constructed, how to download, along with FAQ on the Ardens website that were made available from June 2022.

Recent national feedback from practices who have been through a full inspection, was that being aware of these searches in advance was extremely useful. Your practice CQC lead should be made aware of these if not already known, and could be a useful piece of work for a PCN employed community pharmacist.
