On Wednesday, 6 August (12pm to 1pm), join the NHS Confederation and NHS England for the first in a new joint webinar series, where there will be exploration into practical support, case studies, and expert guidance to help implement online consultation tools — aligned with the 2025/26 contractual requirement to have them switched on throughout core hours from 1 October 2025.

In this first session, Dr Tim Caroe—a frontline GP whose practice has embraced the ways of working in modern general practice, will be present. He brings a unique dual perspective: not only does he understand the day-to-day realities of delivering care, but he also serves as primary care medical director for the south east and national primary care directorate lead for digital and data.
