The LMC has produced the below document for practice use regarding Oliver McGowan training.  Under Section 181 of the Health and Care Act 2022, as implemented via Regulation 18 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, all CQC‑registered service providers — including GP surgeries — must ensure that their staff receive training on learning disability and autism appropriate to their role.
