I am very pleased to let you know that applications are now being sought for Supporters (Mentors) for the Essex LMC Practice Manager Supporter Scheme. Full details can be found at the following link:

The scheme has been developed by Essex LMCs, in collaboration with all Essex CCG’s, where Practice Manager (PM) Supporters are available to offer all practice managers support and signposting for advice. The service is fully funded by the CCGs, with facilitation and management provided by the LMC.
The Practice Manager Supporters will provide ad hoc advice and support to their practice manager colleagues and offer learning opportunities to support their Continuous Professional Development. They support peers, offering coaching and mentoring to new and experienced practice managers. They offer support in person, virtually, via email or on the telephone.
Applications will close at 5:00pm on 13th August 2021 and interviews are expected to take place w/c 13th September.
