Essex LMCs have agreed to a joint piece of work with the BMA to capture the experiences of practices’ interactions with PCSE when seeking solutions to problems they are having with the Customer Contact Centre in relation to Pay & Pensions. Kindly use this form to provide details of any pay and pensions customer service issues that have been raised with PCSE and remain unresolved.

The data we capture will, by necessity, be shared with the BMA and PCSE but may also be used in a fully anonymised way in the public sphere if thought useful in applying pressure to PCSE and NHSE, therefore please do not include any patient/staff identifiable data, with the exception of the practice contact e-mail.
