The Mid and South Essex (MSE) Training Hub is running an innovative pilot project to support GPs in the later stage of their careers. The aims are to identify what factors are influencing GPs to continue in practice, what challenges are influencing thoughts around leaving, and what opportunities could encourage them to continue to work in Mid and South Essex.
